Melbourne post-punk trio Atom: Harry Howard (Crime and the City Solution, These Immortal Souls, Pink Stainless Tail, Harry Howard and the NDE), Edwina Preston (The Moll Flanders Band, Harry Howard & The NDE) and Ben Hepworth (REPAIRS, Exek, Eastlink). Are back with a digital 45 featuring two tracks that were recorded during the sessions but ultimately left off their fantastic 2019 debut album 'In Every Dream Home': ‘Bad For My Health’ - a track that seems very apt right now and ‘Heroes’ a fab cover of the Bowie classic.

“Bad For My Health is about the conflicting ideas of wanting to be left alone while realising that ultimately it's not very good for you to be alone. It's quirky, definitely our most child-friendly song as such it seemed out of place on the L.P. As it goes the lyric has taken on some extra relevance.
We took minor liberties with Heroes. Nothing major. We just paid it the respect of not being slavish copyists, which it surely deserves.”
